work submitted for editing.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the material that they submit does
not breach copyright laws.
The client agrees to indemnify English4Commerce from all legal action arising from
the use of material supplied by client.
The client agrees not to use English4Commerce's services for any infringing, illegal,
sexually explicit, defamatory, harassing or racially or otherwise objectionable
material.
English4Commerce will not be responsible for any loss, corruption or alteration
of documents. It is the client's responsibility that the necessary back-up of files
has been made.
